  1. Good afternoon. I followed the instructions listed above because I didn’t get a confirmation email in my outlook account (O365). When I hit the option “Didn’t receive confirmation instructions” and entered the email address (the one with r7), I got an error “Email not found”. I checked the email address I’ve entered multiple times and this is the same email address I used in accessing my O365 and Outlook accounts. Please help.
